We can offer 2D and 3D CAD designs and detailed drawings in most formats using the latest 3D CAD software; AutoDesk Inventor, AutoCad and Navisworks.
We can design and engineer your water treatment system to your specifications.

Service and Commissioning

NRB offers a commissioning service for all types of water treatment plant which has been designed, built and installed by others.

Our commissioning engineers have over 30 years’ experience working in the water treatment industry.
Our expertise and extensive stock of pipe fittings allows us to get equipment back into service quickly and efficiently.

Manufacture and Installation

NRB has the knowledge and ability to manufacture a wide range of water treatment plants. From small standalone water treatment systems to large bespoke plants. All our water treatment systems are manufactured at our facilities in Wirksworth, Derbyshire

We offer bespoke water treatment solutions for all types of industry
Our equipment can be skid mounted to allow ease of installation on site. We also build systems into shipping containers or Kiosks.
We can offer full installation services Electrical and mechanical.
Our time served engineers carry out installations to the very highest quality.
All our electrical installations are carried out by qualified electricians in accordance with the current IEE wiring regulations and tested by engineers qualified to BS2391.
Quality checks are carried out to ensure our systems are of the highest standard.

Control Panel Design-Build-Installation-Commissioning

NRB has the expertise and knowledge to manufacture bespoke Control Panels; from small relay logic panels to large PLC controlled equipment and multi compartment Motor Control Centres.

All NRB’s panels are manufactured in house to the highest possible standard. Our vast range of suppliers means we are able to build panels using your preferred electrical components or recommend the best components for your application and budget.
All panels are quality checked throughout the manufacturing process and undergo final testing before being dispatched.
We have vast experience of electrical installations in a wide range of industries including quarries, pharmaceutical, municipal water treatment and theme park attractions.
NRB carry out commissioning of all types of control systems.
We carry out electrical testing in accordance with BS2391 and carry out I/O checks to ensure the installation is carried out in accordance with the design and all wiring conforms to the wiring specification and drawings.

Decommissioning

At NRB we have the skills and experience to Decommission your system. Mechanical or Electrical we can remove, re-site and install your existing equipment.
